Payroll Services for Small Businesses
We run payroll for small businesses — paychecks and direct deposit, quarterly Form 941 and state payroll filings, and year-end W-2s and 1099-NECs. We also help you classify workers correctly as employees or independent contractors. Pricing depends on the number of workers and pay frequency. Frequently asked questions
When are 1099-NECs due?
Form 1099-NEC is due to both the contractor and the IRS by January 31 for payments made in the prior year.
Is my worker an employee or a contractor?
It depends on how much control you have over the work and the relationship. Misclassification creates tax and penalty exposure, so we review it with you before setting up payroll.
